Job Title: Head - Network Information System Job Code: 22001700 Designation: GM-Network Information System Band: M3 Function: Technology Sub-Function: Technology Projects Reports To: Head - Technology Projects No. of Direct Reports 1 Location Type: COR No. of Direct + Indirect Reports Job Purpose The Head - Network Information System drives automation and digitisation of project processes and maintains the network static database as a single source of truth, enabling smooth, data-driven technology rollouts nationally. Key Responsibilities Drive automation and digitisation of network processes to reduce routine MIS effort and accelerate rollouts. Govern the VIU network static database, maintaining accurate, current data as the single source of truth. Lead development and adoption of the Swayam platform across all rollout activities. Ensure timely rollout of new portal features and applications supporting technology projects. Own central project MIS as SPOC, delivering accurate DPR, MNRR, and leadership reporting decks. Drive data integrity and standardisation across network information systems and rollout trackers. Managerial Lead and develop the network information system team, building automation and analytics capability. Drive performance management and continuous skill development across the team. Ensure team HSW compliance and safe work practices.
