Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.

Involved in pre-sales, solution deployment and maintenance.

Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.

Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.

Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.

Provides (on-site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers

Field work is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree: Engineering(Computer/Telecomunication) Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry
• Familiar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard procedures
• Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player, capable of working under pressure in a continually changing environment
• Has the ability to work alone efficiently, with minimal supervision

• Symantec -Endpoint Protection (SEP), Messaging Gateway (SMG), Data Loss Prevention, ITMS (formerly Altiris), Advanced Threat Protection
• Veritas - NetBackup, Backup Exec, Infoscale Solutions (Storage Foundation, Volume Replication, Veritas Cluster Server)
• ASG - Workspace (Cloud Factory), Mobius Document Direct, Zena
• AppDynamics - Application Performance Management, End User Monitoring, Infrastructure Visibility
• Bluecoat - Web ProxySG, CASB (Elastica)
