Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated Production Section Head (Sterile) to lead and manage the sterile manufacturing operations within our production facility.
• The successful candidate will ensure efficient production processes, compliance with cGMP standards, and the delivery of high-quality sterile pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily sterile production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations.
• Manage and develop the sterile production team, ensuring proper training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental controls and aseptic techniques within the sterile manufacturing area.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to maintain compliance and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• (7-9) years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production.
• Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cGMP regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production operations.
• Excellent problem-solving,Fluency in English communication.
