About The Role

The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong. Responsibilities : Oversee the team in preparing, processing, managing, and vetting all applications for subsidized housing projects Provide advisory services and guide the team in screening applicants regarding eligibility matters, as well as provide operational support Carry out screening procedures and respond to enquiries related to eligibility Supervise the team in taking and receiving statutory declarations from qualified applicants prior to flat selection Manage after-sales services related to subsidized housing projects Undertake other duties as may be assigned by supervisors from time to time Requirements : Degree holder in Surveying, Property Management, Housing Management, Business or relevant disciplines Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in leasing, promotion and facility management of mixed-use developments, especially preservation and innovative projects with social objectives Thorough knowledge of current property market and tenancy law Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Closing Date of Application : 23 August 2026 How to Apply?
