Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires by preparing documents and setting up meetings.
  • Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as support with organizing events and surveys.
  • Work with HR team members on benefits administration.
  • Conduct research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices to support compliance efforts.
  • Participate in training and development activities, including tracking employee learning progress.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including document management, email correspondence, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
