Position Overview
Stewart Talent is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person to support a busy Children/Young Adult Department. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can stay organized while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, confident using computers, and able to learn new websites, apps, and internal systems quickly. This person should be able to follow direction well, troubleshoot issues independently when possible, and ask clear questions when guidance is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to agent and team members.
- Use a computer confidently to navigate websites, databases, apps, and agency tools.
- Edit, label, organize, and upload digital materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic technical or workflow issues and communicate problems clearly.
- Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain organized records, files, and client materials.
- Support the team with changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and industry contacts.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior office, entertainment, or administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software, websites, apps, and digital platforms.
- Facility with iMovie, DropBox, WeTransfer, MS Outlook & Google Docs
- Ability to troubleshoot, think through problems, and remain calm when tasks become challenging.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions carefully.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude when working with different personalities and priorities.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to support the team wherever needed.
- Interest in talent representation, entertainment, casting, or agency work preferred.

Work Environment
This position requires someone who can work efficiently in a busy office setting where priorities may shift quickly. The successful candidate will be comfortable receiving direction, taking initiative on assigned tasks, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Hybrid schedule with Monday & Friday being remote and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday being in the office.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a 6-month internship. The pay will be $17.00/Hour, and the requirement is 40 hours a week. PTO as required by NY Law
