About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation.

This is a high-activity, execution-focused role where you will

  • Build targeted prospect lists
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Qualify leads and book meetings
  • Generate consistent pipeline for Account Executives
  • As the first touchpoint with prospects, you’ll play a critical role in shaping brand perception and driving revenue.

Requirements

1–2 years experience in

SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles

Experience with

  • Cold calling

  • Pipeline generation

Familiarity with

  • Sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo)
  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (remote)

Nice to Have

2–4 years outbound SDR experience with quota attainment

Experience in

B2B SaaS

  • Marketing services
  • Recruitment agencies

Familiarity with

  • SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler methodologies
  • Experience generating pipeline for mid-market or enterprise accounts
