Description

• You won’t be “supporting hiring.” You’ll be owning it.
• This role is for someone who can source, assess, and close candidates fast — using tools like Workable or any ATS — and who understands what it takes to scale a team.

Expectations

• Hire 30+ candidates within your first 90 days
• Manage pipelines using an ATS (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• Keep processes moving with urgency and structure
• Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Advanced English (written and spoken)

Proven experience using an ATS

Strong sourcing + screening skills
