Position: CNA (contract)

Location: NORTH Fort Worth, TX

Compensation: $15-18/hour

Hours: 10 hours/week

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Fort Worth, TX (Haltom City) to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 10 hours/week.

Shift: Patient's needs include 10 hours per week - flexible schedule, perfect for those looking for supplemental hours or PRN opportunities!

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care
  • Appropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent information
  • Practices in accordance with accepted infection control principles. Provides a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Provides necessary assistance to patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intake
  • Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and other employees
  • Provides assistance to patients with safe transfers and ambulation per the Agency policies
  • Completes yearly education hours

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
  • 1+ years' experience in direct client care, or has provided home health services within previous 24 months
  • Current CPR certification
  • willing to get TB testing
  • Dependable transportation
