What You Can Expect : Create draft PEB/PIB base on shipping documents from customer. Ensure the correctness and completeness of shipping documents before transmit data to EDI. Closely monitor with customs for EDI respond. Follow up with customs for any STPNP, blockage and any other customs issues. Provide info for export and import restriction’s permit. Assist operation team for any customs clearance information and issues. Update for any new export and import customs regulation and share it to Superior. Ensure compliance of documents with Indonesia regulations. Report any job-related problems, complaints to Superior. What You Bring: University graduate in any fields Diploma Having PPJK license is an advantage. Have a good service mind. Able to work under pressure. Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office. Can communicate English and Bahasa both spoken and written effectively. Capable of handling and dealing with different level people. Must be organized. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
