Senior Executive - Air Freight Operations

What You Can Expect : Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final documentation and shipment closure. Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, cargo readiness, pickup arrangements, and required documentation. Coordinate with airlines, GHA, transporters, overseas agents, and customs brokers for smooth shipment movement. Prepare and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other relevant documents, Pre-alerts, and airline processes . Handle DAP/DDP shipments. What You Bring: Strong knowledge of Air Export operations and documentation. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding, logistics.
