Team Lead

Function specific roles and responsibilities

• Overseeing agents following protocols for pulling and entering products from the product spreadsheet into the system
• Training and guiding team members on order entry procedures, system use, and workflow management.
• Monitoring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standards within the team; provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Resolving escalated issues or discrepancies in the order entry process, ensuring all orders meet compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to address challenges and improve order management processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year BPO experience handling any healthcare campaign
• At least 6 months Team lead / Supervisory experience
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
