Bartender / Beertender / Barback - Coati

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages

• -Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service
• -Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner
• -Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• -Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails
• -Adhere to health and legal standards
• -Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• -Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• -Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• -Knows and can easily talk about Coati mission and values

Requirements

• World-class customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Craft cocktail experience is required and must be demonstrated
• Handles money responsibly and accurately
• Can stand or work on feet for entire shift, squat and bend
• Effective time management
• Can read and follow recipes
• Efficiently and accurately converts measurements and multiplies recipes
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 21+ years old
