The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Assistant Manager/ Senior Associate will include the following: Assist seniors in preparation of client deliverables Conducting research on various issues involved and analysing & evaluating implications thereof End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness Conducting due diligence on targets Client relationship management Interaction with Government authorities MIS management Effective implementation and review of work programmes. Updating the Manager / Associate Director proactively on various work related issues. Coordinating with the Manager/Associate Director on planning and management of assignments Profile Requirements Working in this discipline will see an Assistant Manager / Senior Associate working on engagements and teams (sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).
