Line of Service Assurance Industry/Sector Asset and Wealth Management Specialism Assurance Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks , for clients in the asset management and banking sector , ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase. Coordinate international and shared service teams, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication. Solid expertise in Swiss audit and accounting standards , including experience with clients in asset management, banking, and financial services . 3–4 years of experience managing and supporting complex audit engagements end-to-end, ideally in an international environment. At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context.
