We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across our Removals division in Greece.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Corporate clients and HR / mobility teams, Hospitality sector (hotels, refurbishments, new developments), Real estate agents and developers, Architects and interior designers

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business

Promote our full service offering: Domestic & international removals: Office moves, Storage, FF&E logistics (where applicable)

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing

Work closely with operations to ensure commercially sound and operationally feasible solutions

Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the Greek market

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and achieving commercial targets
  • Established network within hospitality, real estate, or corporate sectors will be considered a strong advantage
  • Experience in removals is a plus

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development / sales.
