The annual base salary range for this position
- €29,880.00 - €44,760.00
- Individual pay will be based on various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
Job Description
Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing the relationship between Shell and DO Partners, ensuring consistent delivery of the Shell Customer Commitment.
- Deliver territory targets through regular performance reviews and appropriate action plans.
- Identify gaps in all aspects of DO site performance (including financial results, service, operations and people capability), and recommend tools, processes and support to develop the business for the mutual benefit of both the Partner and Shell.
- Ensure that Partners implement all elements of the Customer Commitment and comply with Site Operations standards, contracts and manuals.
- Ensure that Partner actions protect Shell’s brand and reputation.
- Plan site visits in accordance with the Call Planning Cycle tool.
- Drive implementation of agreed strategies and tactical actions, and support delivery of Marketing and Network initiatives.
- Responsible for acquisition and new DO business development, including preparation of business case proposals, support for negotiations, and maintaining the territory through planned renewals and renegotiations.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong HSSE culture within the DO network.
- Monitor territory performance and identify opportunities to improve site profitability, customer experience and operational standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, Network, HSSE and Finance, to ensure delivery of business priorities.
- Coach and challenge Partners to improve business performance and operational discipline at site level.
