About The Role

A critical operational role within Mobility Marketing in Poland, responsible for ensuring efficient production delivery, strong financial governance and continuous improvement of marketing operations across fuels, EV and Shell Café channels. This role enables marketing and customer value teams to deliver campaigns effectively across a complex retail network.

Purpose

Ensure effective delivery of marketing production and financial operations, enabling campaigns to be delivered on time, within budget and to required standards while maximising efficiency and value of marketing investment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and coordinate production delivery across physical and digital marketing assets
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered in full, on time and to quality standards
  • Driving financial governance and budget management for marketing activities across Fuel, Loyalty, EV, B2B and NFR, leveraging GSAP and HIVE 9 systems and leading LE forecasting
  • Drive operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement
  • Support digitalisation of marketing execution across retail network
  • Enable marketing and customer value teams through efficient operational processes
  • Contract Management (Owner - e-service, Altavia, creative agencies, SEM agency 121) - managing contract creation, execution and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance at an organization, all while reducing financial risk.
  • Management of social media channels (FB, Instagram, TikTok etc) activities (via agency and in-house execution)

Production & Channel Operations

  • Plan and coordinate production of marketing materials across channels (customer journey – site planogram (both for MBA and DO), BTL, ATL, POS, digital, retail media) incl. loyalty and CRM promo campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end production workflow with agencies and suppliers
  • Drive efficiency and quality improvements in production processes
  • Support sustainable production practices where applicable
  • Site staff and internal engagement, local contests – T&C, mechanisms ser with Operational Team i.e. WorkJam, newsletters etc

Finance Operations & Governance

  • Manage marketing-related financial processes including purchase orders and budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and governance requirements
  • Support monthly reconciliation, accruals and variance management
  • Provide transparency and reporting on marketing spend
  • Support budget planning and forecasting processes
  • Payment & terminals coordination: E-Service, SmartPay, GCC: ODE, Member Benefit, Digital stamps etc

Supplier & Contract Management

  • Manage relationships with agencies and production suppliers
  • Ensure performance, cost efficiency and compliance with contracts
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on supplier optimisation
  • Support benchmarking and efficiency initiatives

Digitalisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives to digitalise marketing execution and retail network
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and tools
  • Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives improving speed and effectiveness
  • Drive modernisation of production and operational models

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely within Marketing team and with Sales and Operations teams
  • Ensure production aligns with site capabilities and operational priorities
  • Act as operational partner to Finance supporting commercial discipline

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing operations, production or financial operations
  • Strong financial and budget management understanding and Confident operating GSAP / PO processes and end-of-month financial reconciliations.
  • Experience working with suppliers and agencies
  • Strong organisational and process management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Operational mindset with a passion for improving efficiency and ways of working.
  • Interest in digital transformation and modernising physical and digital channels.
  • Able to balance hands-on delivery with forward-looking improvement.
  • Expectation of around 3 days per week in the office (if you have case for exception, please raise during application process) with occasional visits to service stations in Poland
  • Fluent Polish (professional / near-native proficiency)
