As a SAP - EWM / WM Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering strategic solutions within our SAP Supply Chain and Operations practice. You will engage directly with clients, leveraging your skills to address complex business challenges from strategy through execution. Within our Advisory Acceleration Centre, you will contribute to PwC's global delivery capabilities, providing cost-effective services that enhance process quality and support client engagements.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, guiding them to achieve results, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing opportunities to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex supply chain and operations challenges to develop strategic solutions
• Leading the implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve cost management
• Utilizing data modeling and data-driven insights to support demand forecasting and inventory management
• Managing project resources and budgets to deliver successful client engagements
• Developing procurement strategies and implementing procurement systems to streamline operations
• Designing warehouse layouts and planning operations to reduce lead times and improve workflow
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth
• Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their unique business needs
• Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility to adapt to evolving industry trends and client requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues
