The facility specializes in providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and long-term care needs.

What You’ll Do

• Safely prepare and administer medications and treatments under licensed nurse supervision
• Support residents with daily care needs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutritional monitoring
• Document vital signs, medication administration, and care activities accurately
• Participate in treatment planning, staff training, and emergency response drills
• Collect and label specimens, observe for changes in condition, and report concerns promptly
• Create a safe, respectful, and hazard-free living environment for residents

Qualifications

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through a KY state-approved program

High school diploma or GED

Ability to meet facility onboarding and compliance requirements
