This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead one of Australia's largest diagnostic imaging businesses. As General Manager – Victoria, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of respected imaging brands including Capital Radiology, Lake Imaging, Imaging@Olympic Park, The X-Ray Group, Direct Radiology and Future Medical Imaging Group, shaping the future of healthcare delivery across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager – Victoria is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance and ongoing growth of IDX's Victorian business, our largest operation across our Trans-Tasman footprint.

This is a highly influential role responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth while ensuring exceptional patient care remains at the centre of everything we do.

Working closely with Radiologists, the Senior Leadership Team and senior operational leaders, you will lead a high-performing organisation focused on delivering outstanding clinical outcomes, strengthening referrer relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth.

You'll be a visible leader across Victoria, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while representing IDX with key healthcare partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include

• Lead the strategic direction and overall performance of IDX's Victorian operations.
• Drive financial performance, business growth and commercial outcomes across multiple brands.
• Identify and deliver acquisition, integration and organic growth opportunities.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery and patient experience.
• Build trusted relationships with Radiologists, hospitals, referrers and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operational leadership team.
• Champion a positive, values-driven culture focused on engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Ensure strong governance, quality, compliance and risk management across the Victorian business.
• Represent Integral Diagnostics as a leader within the Victorian healthcare community.

About You

• You are an experienced leader with a proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site organisations through growth and transformation.
• You combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen and are equally comfortable influencing at Board and Executive level as you are engaging with frontline teams.

• Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare or another complex service environment.
• Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for significant P&L performance.
• Experience developing and executing business strategy while delivering sustainable growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clinical, corporate and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and drive continuous improvement.
