About The Role
- Conception, planning, and independent implementation of digital performance marketing campaigns based on predefined efficiency and performance targets
- Independent execution of complex data analyses, systematic A/B tests, and experiments to continuously drive campaign performance
- Definition, monitoring, and analysis of relevant marketing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPI) as well as independent responsibility for budget tracking
- Creation of transparent performance reports, documentation of test results, and deriving strategic insights and recommendations
- Independent initiation, structuring, and execution of strategic as well as operational projects within the marketing environment
- Close collaboration with internal teams such as Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech to optimize campaigns and creatives
- Continuous monitoring of market trends and identification of new, data-driven growth opportunities
- Above-average degree in economics, business administration (e.g., with a focus on e-commerce, media management), or a comparable quantitative qualification
- Initial solid practical experience (at least 6 months through internships, working student positions, or permanent roles) in performance or data-driven marketing
- Strong passion for numbers, excellent analytical thinking skills, and a highly data-driven approach to work
- Proficiency in using common digital marketing platforms as well as advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Proactive and initiative mindset with a quick comprehension and the willingness to constructively challenge existing structures
- High level of flexibility, adaptability, and a structured, independent way of working
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
