About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a C&I Metering Operations Administrator to join the supportive and collaborative C&I Metering Operations team. In this role, you will help ensure all our C&I Metering Operational activities
Key responsibilities include
Complete the batching, optimisation, creation and co-ordination of field work orders in our workflows systems to support the C&I Metering Compliance Programme.
Validate customer site contact information for all metering related programmes.
Support the wider operations team to follow-up on field work that has been placed on hold or work that requires further escalation.
Utilising the C&I Servicemax QMS workflow tool and the EA Registry database to ensure accuracy of metering data is maintained in our database.
Complete quality & assurance checks on completed work order, paperwork and the Servicemax system to close work order off.
Respond to queries from our Retailers, Direct End User Customers or field service providers (FSP) related to our field work orders.
Participate in the obligatory internal & external meeting regimes as required by the C&I Metering Operations Manager.
Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong continuous improvement and problem‑solving mindset, supported by proven customer service experience. You will be quick to learn new systems and databases, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, and be proficient in Excel, with Salesforce experience considered an advantage. You will also have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
