Your Role as Registered Nurse
You’ll deliver person-centred services and holistic care and support to adults with life limiting conditions and their families by :

• Providing compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity and choice
• Building meaningful connections with guests and their loved ones
• Supporting families through life's most important moments
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment where people feel at peace
• Delivering holistic care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team

• Upholding exceptional palliative care with compassion and humanity

Ab out You

You are a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred palliative care. You bring empathy, kindness and professionalism to every interaction, value meaningful connections with guests and their families, and are committed to making a difference when it matters most.

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in palliative care, aged care, oncology, hospice or community care
• Passion for compassionate end-of-life care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Calm, empathetic and resilient under pressure
• Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
• Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Commitment to person-centred care, dignity and respect

Essential Requirements

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
