Your Role as Registered Nurse
You’ll deliver person-centred services and holistic care and support to adults with life limiting conditions and their families by :
- Providing compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity and choice
- Building meaningful connections with guests and their loved ones
- Supporting families through life's most important moments
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment where people feel at peace
- Delivering holistic care as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team

- Upholding exceptional palliative care with compassion and humanity
Ab out You
You are a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing person-centred palliative care. You bring empathy, kindness and professionalism to every interaction, value meaningful connections with guests and their families, and are committed to making a difference when it matters most.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in palliative care, aged care, oncology, hospice or community care
- Passion for compassionate end-of-life care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm, empathetic and resilient under pressure
- Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
- Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Commitment to person-centred care, dignity and respect
Essential Requirements
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
- Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
