OA System Management

• Perform daily operation and maintenance of OA systems, including troubleshooting, user support, and system performance monitoring.

• Design, build, and optimize OA workflows (e.g., approval processes, document management) to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with business departments to gather requirements and implement workflow automation.

SAP B1 System Maintenance

Provide technical support for SAP B1 (Business One) system, including issue diagnosis, data maintenance, and user training.

Collaborate with finance, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate system configuration and alignment with manufacturing processes (e.g., inventory management, production order tracking).

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose IT-driven optimization solutions based on manufacturing industry experience.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to implement system upgrades or new modules (e.g., integrating OA with SAP B1 for data flow automation).

User Support & Documentation

• Respond to users, resolve technical issues promptly, and provide training on system usage.
• Maintain technical documentation (e.g., system manuals, workflow diagrams, troubleshooting guides).
