Our client is a mobile communication solution service provider and is presently in search of candidates for the following position:

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all technical issues during the presales process
  • Be the primary owner for the proposal preparation process and be the creator of proposal
  • Be able to work with sales personnel and to support the sales cycle with reference to the technical topics
  • Make sure of smooth handover to the post sales stage
  • Good support to Project Manager in terms of delivery of solution and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Be able to handle multi-accounts
  • Delivery of solutions for mobile operators across the region with focus on interconnect and roaming services

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Degree holder with major in Computer Science, EE or Telecom with at least 6 years presales or project management experience in wireless telecom industry
  • Excellent knowledge in IP network including TCP/IP, ATM, 3G/UMTS, Frame relay,knowledge in SS7 is a must
  • Skill sets with Signaling and switching protocls in CAMEL, SGTRAN, TCAP, MAP etc.
  • Good knowledge in cellular network architecture and elements with core network (SGSN, EIR, HLR, VLR), & radio network (Um/Abis interfaces, BSC, GSM etc.)
  • Experience in presales for Big Data and CEM solution is a must
  • Good understanding of telecommunication software systems and architecture
  • Be able to perform multi-task with good management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel extensively
