As a Facilities & Fulfillment Technician you will

  • Support and assist other Facilities & Fulfillment roles for day-to-day operations.
  • Provides cleaning and minor maintenance support.
  • Cleans all restrooms and kitchen area as needed.
  • Mop, sweep, clean floors and other surfaces, maintain and renew floor surface finishes, vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs.
  • Keep buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition, including daily pickup of trash and debris.
  • Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
  • Assemble, disassemble, move, and install office furniture and fixtures
  • Occasional weekend work to minimize workplace disruption (e.g., carpet cleaning).
  • Load firmware and perform quality assurance measures on devices prior to shipment.
  • Create all necessary documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Process and conduct product testing and perform repairs, as necessary.
  • Gather, scan, and upload inventory data into appropriate software systems.
  • Prepare and process RMAs as needed.
  • Completes and maintains documentation of daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

You are a strong fit for this role if you have

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Take the initiative to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability of maintaining facilities equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
  • A methodical and concise approach to problem-solving, with proven critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to read, prepare, interpret, and understand product shipment information from various orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and thorough preparation of transportation documents.
  • Basic knowledge of custodial duties and janitorial responsibilities including knowledge of cleaning equipment including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and applying finishes on different flooring materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately under tight timelines.
  • Available to work in the evenings.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be physically capable of performing custodial and facilities tasks daily
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
