Burleigh Town Hotel is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our management team as Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager , helping run the day-to-day operations of our high-volume venue. With seating for 800+ guests and a reputation for outstanding food, service, and guest experience, this is a great next step for hospitality professionals ready to lead.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee restaurant floor operations and guest experience
• Manage rosters, labour costs, and productivity targets
• Monitor financial performance, revenue, and cost control
• Work closely with the Head Chef on service standards

Duty Manager

• Lead front-of-house across the venue during shifts
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, WHS, and venue procedures
• Resolve guest concerns and manage venue security/cash handling
• Support team coaching and daily operational flow

About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager in a high-volume venue
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers License
• Availability for a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
