As Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue — leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
• Strong experience working in a gaming venue
• Strong experience working with TAB
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to conduct stocktakes and investigate stock losses
• Order and maintain par levels across beverage, food and venue consumables
• Train, performance manage and motivate staff
• RMLV & Approved Managers License
• Accommodation management experience, or exposure to hotel accommodation operations, will be highly regarded
