Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations
• Lead, support and motivate the team during your shift
• Ensure high standards of guest service, presentation and compliance
• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Support cash handling, reporting and venue security procedures
• Ensure RSA and other compliance obligations are met at all times
• Work closely with the Venue Manager and broader leadership team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role
• Current RSA
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused during busy periods
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
