Senior Floor Team Member

Long Bay Surf Club is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Floor Team Member to join one of Auckland’s busiest beachfront venues.

Set right on one of Auckland’s most iconic coastal destinations , Long Bay Surf Club is a busy, high-energy venue known for great food, cold drinks, and an unbeatable beachfront atmosphere. We’re a favorite for locals, weekend crowds, and visitors looking for a relaxed but vibrant dining experience.

We are now looking for a strong senior floor presence to support our team and help drive consistent, high-quality service.

What the role involves

• Leading by example on the floor during busy service periods
• Supporting and guiding junior FOH team members
• Assisting management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Delivering an outstanding guest experience every shift

• Previous hospitality/F&B experience in a busy venue
• Strong customer service skills and a calm, confident approach
• Ability to lead by example and support a team
• Great communication and reliability
• Availability for weekends and peak service periods
