Job Description
The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership
The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. It offers hands-on experience, real business impact, and early exposure to strategic decision-making.
Participants receive a permanent contract from day one, ensuring long-term career development within Sibelco.
Graduates must be open to completing their second year in a different cluster to gain broader international or regional experience.
Your Impact in This Role
- You will support the commercial growth strategy of nepheline syenite within the coatings and polymer markets.
- Your key responsibilities will include
- Identifying opportunities by application and target customers
- Conducting in-depth market and application research
- Collaborating with T&I and internal experts to build value propositions
- Developing tailored customer approaches and commercial strategies
- Supporting lead generation and advancing opportunities toward negotiation
- Contributing to achieving volume growth targets
What You Bring to the Table
- Degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in commercial strategy and industrial materials
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
- Willingness to travel, including internationally
- Fluency in English
