Project Manager

Responsibility职责：

1. 根据严格的期限并在预算范围内计划，执行和完成项目。

Plan, execute and complete projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

1. 制定全面的项目计划和相关的沟通文件。及时，清晰地将项目期望传达给团队成员和利益相关者。

Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication documents. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

1. 估算实现项目目标所需的资源和参与者。与团队成员和其他利益相关者制定并持续管理项目期望。

Estimate the resources and participants required to achieve project objectives. Develop and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

1. 识别并解决项目团队中的问题和冲突。识别和管理项目依赖性和关键路径。

Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

1. 使用适当的工具计划和安排项目时间表和里程碑。跟踪项目的里程碑和可交付成果。

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.

1. 制定并交付进度报告，提案，需求文档和演示文稿。

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documents and presentations.

1. 确定来自项目团队的状态报告的频率和内容，分析结果，并对问题区域进行故障排除。

Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

1. 主动管理项目范围的变化，识别潜在危机，并制定应急计划。

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.

1. 定义项目成功标准，并将其在整个项目生命周期中传播给参与各方。

Define project success criteria and disseminate them to all parties involved throughout the project lifecycle.

1. 对NPI 团队成员的输入和输出负责。管理团队成员的行为习惯,设定期待。

• Be accountable for the input and output of NPI team members. Manage team member behavior and set expectations.
• Requirement要求：
• 1、本科及以上学历，机械,电子、自动化、模具设计、电缆设计、项目管理等相关专业。
• Bachelor or above, majoring in machinery, electronics, automation, mold design, cable design, project management, etc.
• 2、3年以上项目管理工作经验，包括流程开发和执行的各个方面。
• 3+ years of experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• 3、可用英语口语进行工作交流，并能读懂英文资料相关的技术要求。
• Can communicate in English for work purposes and can read and understand technical requirements related to information in English.
• 4、良好的团队管理能力，组织能力，解决问题的能力。
• Good team management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• 5、PMP证书优先。
• PMP Certificate preferred.
