HR Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience , including leadership roles.
• •Previous experience as HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Manager .
• •Experience within Facilities Management, Real Estate, Services, Infrastructure, or related industries is highly preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
• •Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and change management.
• •Experience working in multinational or large-scale organizations.
• •Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
