Responsibilities

• Support Danish-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to boost satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service, especially in an online shopping or e-commerce context.
• A passion for e-commerce and a keen understanding of online shopping preferences.
• Able to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support.
• Familiarity with customer service technology and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing various inquiries effectively.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
