Supervisor, Shipping/Receiving

Midwest Aerospace Casting is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to manage the Company's inventory management processes, systems and products while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee development goals are achieved.

Shift Schedule- 1st shift.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure all shipping processes are followed and maintain accuracy of daily shipments.
• Monitor and review shipping and receiving processes and work with Quality Systems to modify as needed.
• Anticipate daily shipments through review of Daily Shipment Priority Report.
• Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with Finishing departments to assist in anticipation of daily shipments.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Shipping/Receiving leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aerospace, foundry, metal casting, or similar manufacturing operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
