Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for Junior Collateral Documentation Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration and monitoring of a portfolio of syndicated loans and related collateral.
- Liaise with agent banks and internal departments to collect, review, and maintain contractual and collateral documentation.
- Record and maintain collateral information within banking systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor outstanding actions and follow up on remediation activities related to audit findings and operational requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by retrieving, reviewing, and organizing documentation and loan files.
- Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to data quality initiatives and process improvement activities.
- Prepare reports and track portfolio-related information as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Previous internship or work experience in banking, financial services, loan administration, or business lending is considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
