Your role at Cabot

This role is ideal for a curious and driven talent acquisition professional who is passionate about sourcing, market mapping, and proactive candidate engagement. The primary focus of this role will be sourcing top talent for key positions across EMEA and US, with recruitment responsibilities as a secondary scope.

You will play a key role in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, engineering, finance, commercial, SH&E, Digital, and Global Business Services.

How you will make an impact

• Lead proactive sourcing activities across EMEA and North America for key and hard-to-fill roles.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, social media, and other networking channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill sets.
• Map talent markets and identify new sourcing channels and opportunities.
• Support employer branding activities and external recruitment campaigns.
• Participate in career fairs and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities where needed, including coordination and candidate management.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
• Ensure job postings and requisition setups accurately reflect role requirements and market positioning.
• Maintain high-quality candidate communication aligned with Cabot values and culture.

What you will bring to Cabot

• Experience in sourcing and/or recruitment within an international environment
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple sourcing channels
• Understanding of recruitment processes and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across cultures
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
• Curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset

Additional Information

• Temporary 3 months contract.
• Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30.
• Health insurance from first day of work.
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).
• Salary: 2300 - 3150 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.
