What You'll Be Doing Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on cement plant equipment and systems Install, inspect, and test electrical components to ensure safe and reliable operation Support automation, controls, and instrumentation used in cement plant processes Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability with industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Ability to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation Competency working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation Strong commitment to safety practices and safe work procedures including LOTOTO Effective communication and teamwork skills in an industrial environment Conditions of Employment Work a rotating shift between evenings and days.
