About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance within the luxury real estate sector. This role involves managing sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through effective client engagement, market analysis, and high-impact sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Drive innovative sales initiatives to maximize project uptake and market penetration.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a motivated and target-driven sales culture.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Handle key client negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Maintain long-term client engagement and repeat business opportunities.

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and pipeline management.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM management.

Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Provide insights to support product development and positioning.
  • Expand market reach through broker networks and channel partners.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and development teams.
  • Liaise with external brokers, agents, and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing sales teams in a competitive market environment.
