About The Role

As a Global Accounts Receivable Process Lead, you will be responsible for

  • Own and drive the global Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Lead process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across markets and service delivery teams.
  • Drive transformation, automation, and optimization projects to enhance efficiency, controls, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Finance, GBS, IT, and business stakeholders to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and maintain global process standards, documentation, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for AR/O2C processes, supporting strategic decision-making and change initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related areas.
  • 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Credit Management within global, Shared Services (SSC), or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end AR/O2C process ownership, governance, standardization, and continuous optimization.
  • Proven experience leading process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Experience identifying root causes, translating insights into actionable plans, and driving sustainable improvements.
  • Experience supporting global process harmonization and best-practice implementation in complex international organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation, simplification, and operational excellence.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
