Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr RPA Developer with strong experience in Playwright and browser automation to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline business processes and integrate with third-party systems. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual contributor who thrives with minimal supervision, communicates effectively, and leverages modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Remote role : LATAM only

Required Qualifications (Main skills)

5+ years of experience as an RPA Developer or Automation Engineer

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for browser automation

Proven experience building end-to-end automation workflows across web platforms

Experience integrating with third-party APIs (RESTful services)

Experience with TypeScript

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, testing assistants, or similar technologies)
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and version control

Nice to Have

  • Background in integration-heavy domains (insurance, fintech, SaaS, or similar)
  • Experience with other RPA tools.
