Position Title: Senior Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing

Software Engineer that will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our microservices based ecommerce platform using Spring Boot and React. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. The engineer will take ownership of features, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

Strong experience with

• Microservices architectures
• CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

Java and Spring Boot

React and modern frontend development

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Relational databases (RDBMS)
• Exposure to Kafka, change data capture and data replication processes and tools
• Strong experience designing and implementing

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with

AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, copilots, AI SDKs)

Knowledge of

• Performance tuning, profiling, and optimization
• Secure coding practices and modern security standards

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges
• Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, including working closely with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
