• The schedule will be Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri (Thursday is the off day)- 7:00am-4:00pm.
• Call requirements are every 4 weekend Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-2:00pm for stress tests and 1-2 holidays per year 8:00am-2:00pm.
• Previous related experience with EKG/Cardiac and ACLS required. Sedation experience is highly preferred.

Where You Will Work

The Cardiac Stress Lab team provides a supportive and dynamic work environment, and an ideal place to grow your career. New teammates will be provided a thorough orientation: three weeks at Summit Hospital, two weeks at AMCWC, and an additional day at Grafton, ensuring you feel confident and prepared in your role. The department manages up to seven stress tests per day, providing an engaging and manageable pace. The department patient population is predominately older adults and teammates need to be strong with monitoring and assessment skills and able to remain calm if responding to emergency situations; In addition, may administer and manage conscious sedation as appropriate. The Cardiac Stress team is upbeat, adaptable, and flexible, making it easy to collaborate and thrive. We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or within 6 months.

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
