Singapore | 3 months fixed term contract
Role Summary
This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing APAC team working with some of the world's leading financial institutions. As an Analyst, you will be learning whilst working for Delta Capita's clients, in a fast-paced environment with support and training provided. This is an exciting and varied opportunity for anyone looking to build on existing KYC exposure within financial services.
The Role and Responsibilities
Your day to day may vary depending on which projects you are assigned to. Below are examples of the types of activities you may engage in on a project:
Standard-skilled resources to support activities such as data entry, digitising paper records into the system, and other administrative remediation tasks, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed on progress or bottlenecks.
Escalation to the appropriate teams where information cannot be sourced or provided, or where prior exceptions have been granted.
Sourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures.
Investigating and evidencing Source of Wealth and Source of Funds for individual and corporate clients, including salary income, business ownership, investment portfolios, inheritance, property sales, and other legitimate wealth-generating activities.
Reviewing and reconciling supporting documentation (bank statements, tax filings, audited financials, business valuations, sale agreements) against the client's declared wealth narrative to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
Assessing and documenting risk rationale in line with client AML/CFT policy, escalating adverse media, PEP linkages, or unexplained wealth discrepancies to Compliance or the MLRO function as required.
Producing clear, audit-ready case narratives that articulate the SOW/SOF conclusion, evidentiary basis, and any residual risk factors, to a standard that withstands regulatory and internal QA review.
Working within case management and workflow tools (e.g. Fenergo, Encompass, NICE Actimize, Pega, or client-proprietary systems) to progress cases through remediation queues within agreed SLAs.
Applying jurisdiction-specific regulatory context (e.g. MAS Notice 626 in Singapore, HKMA guidance in Hong Kong, AUSTRAC CDD requirements in Australia) when assessing source of wealth adequacy.
