Information Security Senior Analyst

As an Information Security Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in protecting Nasdaq's cloud-based and on-premise systems through penetration testing, red teaming activities, and comprehensive risk assessments. You'll also contribute to innovative projects in the digital assets and cryptocurrency space. Key Responsibilities Conduct penetration testing and red teaming exercises to identify and address security vulnerabilities across enterprise systems. Perform risk assessments for cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, evaluating attack surfaces and recommending mitigation strategies. Develop and test exploits, privilege escalation techniques, and lateral movement scenarios to strengthen security posture. Collaborate with teams across the organization on projects related to digital assets and cryptocurrencies, delivering security guidance and solutions. Partner with stakeholders across time zones to align on security objectives and support secure delivery of business initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. At least 2+ years of experience in penetration testing and information security. Strong knowledge of offensive security techniques, including exploit development, privilege escalation, and lateral movement. Good understanding of cloud environments and the unique attack surfaces they introduce. Clear communicator with experience working collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Active interest or experience in cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN, or similar. Experience with security tools and frameworks used in red teaming and penetration testing. This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
