About The Role
As a Application Analyst (AxiomSL) reporting to Sr. Manager - Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences by building regulatory reporting solutions that help financial institutions meet complex compliance requirements. You'll thrive in this position if you're analytical, detail-oriented, and bring a passion for problem-solving with data and technology to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze regulatory reporting requirements and templates to define accurate reporting logic and data relationships. Develop report logic, templates, and validation rules using AxiomSL proprietary software. Build data-transformation algorithms to convert incoming data into structures suitable for regulatory report generation. Perform unit testing of report builds and prepare documentation to support delivery to end users. Partner with internal stakeholders across functions to align on objectives and deliver high-quality solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel skills with a good understanding of database concepts (Oracle or MS SQL Server preferred). Clear communicator with experience in collaborative team environments. Fast learner with strong teamwork skills and effective English communication (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services, accounting, regulatory reporting, or fintech. Familiarity with software development lifecycle phases and release-management processes. Exposure to client-facing product development. This position will be located in Wroclaw, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. The annual gross base pay for this role is zł108,000 - zł211,000.
