Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services to customers Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch's customer base Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to customers Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and the bank's product offerings to provide informed advice to customers Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Location: Lakshmipuram, Guntur Job: Relationship Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
