As part of a globally connected Talent Acquisition organization, the team partners with business and HR leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a consistent and high-quality hiring experience. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition delivery across the Asia Pacific region for Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) business. This role leads a geographically dispersed recruiting team, drives recruiting performance, and ensures consistent execution of global Talent Acquisition processes and standards. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, leverages data to drive decisions, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes, team effectiveness, and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters supporting hiring across multiple countries throughout APAC. Drive accountability for hiring results, recruiting quality, candidate experience, and service delivery. Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to ensure resources are aligned with business priorities. Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Partner with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies. Ensure consistent adoption of global Talent Acquisition processes, tools, standards, and best practices. Coordinate recruiting support across direct team members and shared recruiting resources to ensure seamless delivery across the region. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiter effectiveness, process efficiency, and overall hiring outcomes. Resolve complex hiring challenges and provide escalation support to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. Maintain a reduced requisition load focused on leadership, highly specialized, confidential, or high-priority positions. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including experience recruiting across multiple countries within APAC. Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams. Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting performance through data, metrics, and workforce planning. Proven success balancing competing priorities and optimizing resources in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and consult with leaders at multiple levels of the organization. Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders to solve complex talent challenges. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Experience driving process improvement, change management, and operational consistency across teams. Experience working within a matrixed, regional, or global environment preferred. Agency, RPO, or outsourced recruiting experience preferred.
