Projects Scheduler

Schedule Development: Create comprehensive, logic-driven, and resource-loaded schedules (Integrated Master Schedules) for engineering and construction phases.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Update schedules periodically with actual progress, analyzing variances against the baseline to report on performance.

Critical Path Analysis: Identify the critical path and potential schedule conflicts, providing recommendations for mitigation and "what-if" scenario planning.

Collaboration & Communication: Interface with engineers, project managers, procurement, and field personnel to collect data and communicate changes.

Risk Mitigation: Actively identify risks to schedule milestones and develop contingency plans in collaboration with project controls.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project management methodologies, and company policies.

Report directly to PTVI Engineering Manager/Project Manager/Coordinator in day to day basis and in coordination with HQ and onsite technical and project management team.
